The McIntosh 1890s Festival invites food vendors to be part of one of Florida’s most established and well-attended one-day events. With more than 30,000 attendees, this is a high-volume opportunity for vendors ready to serve a steady and engaged crowd throughout the day. This is a proven, high-traffic festival where guests arrive ready to eat, explore, and spend.

Why Participate
Vendors benefit from consistent foot traffic and a diverse audience that includes families, travelers, art lovers, and festival-goers with strong purchasing power. Food vendors are an essential part of the event experience, and the festival works to create an environment where vendors can succeed. To support strong sales, direct competition between similar food vendors is limited whenever possible, helping ensure a balanced and profitable selection.

Vendor Offerings
We are seeking a wide range of food options, including crowd favorites, specialty items, and unique concepts. Vendors should present a clean, professional setup with clear menus and pricing and be prepared to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Event Expectations
This is a high-attendance, fast-moving event. Vendors should be prepared for continuous service, high customer volume, and peak rush periods. Adequate staffing and efficient ordering and delivery systems are essential to keep lines moving and customers satisfied. Vendors are responsible for complying with all local health and safety regulations and for providing their own equipment and supplies unless otherwise arranged.

Vendor Selection
Food vendor space is limited and in high demand. Applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse and well-balanced mix of offerings across the festival. Approved vendors will be assigned booth space in high-traffic areas and may be included in promotional materials where applicable
.
